Perfect soup for a cold rainy day. Love the white wine that gives it an almost fondue-like bump up in flavor. It’s like a warm, cheesy, velvety hug!
I have got to figure out why my emulsion blender is leaving chunks behind. I am having to fall back on my big blender to get a smooth texture. Off to YouTube!
