Wow.
Just, WOW!
I don’t normally like fish, but this salmon dish is incredible. I mean, INCREDIBLE!
There is enough spice and butter to give everything in the pan tons of flavor, and the Meyer lemons kick it up yet another notch. I was suspicious of the amount of dill, but it totally works.
The technique she has you use to embed the flavor makes the dish. I have had salmon before that was bland and a bit fishy but this was neither and I firmly believe that’s why.
If you have the book, make this dish! It converted me, and that’s saying a LOT.
