These are much better than the recipe on the box of Bisquick! They make a waffle with a nice, crisp crust and soft center. What I love about a waffle is the pockets it has for melted butter and syrup to pool and soak in. Mmmmmmmm. Yummy.
My only complaint is that, once again, the kosher salt doesn’t completely dissolve and you occasionally hit a bite that’s a little on the salty side.
