4.75 on the grilled cheese!
Not sure if it was the texture or the cream, but this one is good but, frankly, isn’t as good as the Progresso canned tomato basil soup. Mark loves creamy tomato and he agreed that it was low 3s. I used my emulsion blender instead of putting it through the big blender so that may be why it had a bit of a grainy texture to it. I added more salt to my second bowl and it was better tasting.
The Havarti in the grilled cheese is FABULOUS!
*Update – day 2 I ran the soup through the blender and added some more salt, pepper, and dried basil. It was better, but there was still a bit of a grainy texture. It uses fire roasted tomatoes, so that may be part of the issue.
