Texture is DIVINE, but a tsp of garlic powder is a bit much. Cut that by about half and it would be almost perfect.
Follow up: made this a second time with half the garlic powder and it was extra divine! Upgrade to a 4.0!
Follow up #2 : this has ended up being my go-to quiche and I have made it about a half dozen times in the last year since first making it in the challenge.
**Upgrade to a 4.8 if you use half the garlic powder and the homemade pie crust.
