Page 166 Originally posted 4/22/2019 Used as ingredient in Brussels Sprouts The final product is totally dependent on the quality and flavor of the Balsamic vinegar. The brand I used was obviously not what she used to get something transformed into “a sweet-tart syrup”. This was good on the sprouts but could not stand alone.
