I don’t like poppy seeds, generally speaking. And as peviously mentioned I am not a big salad eater. And now I am having my second salad in a week. Not a record, but definitely noteworthy.
I have recently read about “massaging” kale and it truly makes a difference. This was the best kale I have ever had … not that I have had a LOT of kale. The dressing is sweet but not cloying (looking at you Catalina dressing) and the tart cranberries are one of my favorite salad add ons. Combined with the carrots and tossed into massaged kale, this makes a really good salad.
