This was GORGEOUS when it came out of the oven, high and fluffy, and I didn’t get a picture because I was making risotto. I love broccoli so this was an easy one for me to like. Mark is not a fan of broccoli and declared it “decent”, so if you have anti-broccoli family members this may be a good one to try.
The middle picture is me being organized in making the sauce. I had everything lined up and ready to go like planes on the tarmac.
It makes a ton, so a side dish at a dinner party is a good use for this one.
