If you like chocolate chip cookies, peanut butter, and walnuts you are going to really like this cookie. The oats give it a little body and chew, while the chips give you the taste. I could eat these until I made myself sick.
Cool thing about this recipe is that I made all the little balls but only baked enough for us to eat for the next day or so. So on Saturday I will be able to pop the rest in the oven for fresh from the oven cookies.
