This woman is a genius! She has found a way to make kale delicious!
This is a hearty and very tasty soup. The sausage adds a ton of extra oomf to the flavor and the veggies soak up that oomf. Don’t let the kale scare you in this one. The texture doesn’t overpower at all.
For a cold, rainy day this was the perfect soup to snuggle up in my favorite blanket and watch something funny with my honey.
