Full disclosure: I hate cucumbers. And radishes are pretty low on my list of vegetables I will eat without being bribed. That said, this is a solid salad. However, the skillet croutons were about a 2. Getting bread fried evenly is almost impossible. I have a recipe for oven baking them that is tons better and much more dependable.
The Ranch dressing recipe is a good one but not substantially better than Hidden Valley. But it also isn’t difficult to make so you can impress your friends and family with the “homemade” label at your next dinner party.
