Down to the last 4 recipes and I have gotten WAY behind in posting them. I completed this one months ago but have been so busy with the gingerbread competition that I haven’t gotten around to posting until it was past Christmas. Getting caught up and ready to move on to the next challenge…
I know how much she loves this recipe, but I just cannot get into it. Since I had tried this in the first book I cut the recipe down to save money and not waste food. But my take on this is the same as last time – the garlic is just overwhelming to me, and I love garlic. It’s also a bit messy to eat served as suggested, but I can see this being added into recipes to bump up the flavor.
