With Red Wine Béarnaise Sauce

The sauce is a lovely maroon color, which is a little weird, but it tastes pretty darn good. All the store had was the really skinny stalks and this would probably be better with thicker ones, but was still good enough for Mark Wilson to eat almost everything on his plate. And he is not an asparagus fan.
