When I was a kid my mom would do breakfast for dinner as a way to change up the routine. So after weeks of isolation I thought tonight was a good time to take a leaf from her book and do a really hearty breakfast for dinner. 🍳

The flavor of the steak is really good and I refuse to even think about how many calories this costs me. I prefer my meat more done than rare so cook it a bit longer than called for and it STILL is tender and juicy. The eggs cooked in the oven are surprisingly good. The yolks are creamy and not dry at all.

Need to get out of the usual rut for dinner? Try a steak breakfast instead!
