These get extra points for being so extra stinkin’ cute and fun to eat if you use your fingers.
All in all they are tasty and conveniently sized for serving. The outer skin is a bit of a turn off because when you slice through the stack it will tear off and have a stringy tail or two on the way to your mouth. And the texture is a lot tougher than the softness and creaminess of the rest of the stack.
Last thought: don’t skip the chives! They are what gets this above a 4.
