Let me start off by warning anyone who thinks the provolone should be Cheese Whiz to not start anything in the comments. 😏
Mark gives this a 4.9 and it is really good so I’m going with it. I don’t eat these enough to have a comparison but will say that it is tasty! A lot has to do with the cut of meat being a good one and the fajita seasoning has to be quality flavor as well. Skimping on either of those will tank the whole thing.
Times being what they are, I had to use an orange bell instead of a yellow. Walmart’s produce section was pretty well stocked with red, orange, and a ton of green but the only yellow bell pepper I saw was on a shelf in the canned goods aisle and I’m not that desperate … yet. I don’t use a lot of poblano peppers, in fact this may be only the 2nd or 3rd time in my life, but they make a BIG difference in the flavor. If you are tempted to skip that one, don’t! Try it at least once so you can compare.
