Yeah, it’s THAT good.
Perfect graham crust (there is a trick to this that makes it set up so well) that I am going to use on my next cheesecake. The slices, even the first one, came out picture perfect!
And the creamy, rich, lemony filling is to die for!
Here is yet another one that it is worth buying the book for even if you never cook anything else in it.
