My execution of the cake – 3.0
Not quite a “nailed it” moment but my angel food cake did not come out light and fluffy. It tasted great though!
Last post until I get back from a week of work travel…
PS – the compote makes an excellent pancake topper. I made blueberry cream cheese stuffed pancakes for the hubby using it and they were delicious.
