I love my personal red sauce so it is with grudging admiration that I say this is a pretty darn good sauce. No wine in it (that’s my glass for personal consumption) but it is tasty. If you don’t have your own sauce this one is worth your attention.
It’s not complicated either, which makes this a good one for beginners. In fact, both of her cookbooks would make good wedding shower or house warming gifts.
