Meh. Given the choice I would much rather have Kahlua carrots as a side dish. The ends on these get scorched and the herbs are a so-so tasting combination. I think mine look better than the picture in the book, which I do not find appetizing at all. And compared to the carrots in the Whole Roasted Chicken, these are a little sad.
So this one won’t be one I will pull out for a special dinner.
