These were pretty quick and easy and made for a really nice entree. I LOVED the fresh sage! It made a huge difference in the taste as compared to when I have used rubbed sage in the past.

Pro-tip – turn the pounded chicken over so the smooth side is down BEFORE you fill and roll. It looks so much better that way.
