If you love oregano you are going to love this one. However, it you are like me and think oregano is a bit overrated you are going to be a little overwhelmed by this dish. Between the Greek seasoning and the added oregano, it is an oregano-fest.
Upsides to this is, number 1, it is a quick and easy weeknight dinner, and number 2, the Bruschetta (pronounced “broo-sket-ta”) mixture minus the added oregano has the potential to be really a good topping or add-in for all kinds of things (oil-based pasta salad, crostini, salad…). To me, that is the “keeper” part of this provided, for my taste, you back off the oregano.
