Everyone has their own chili that they spend years perfecting. So this may not be YOUR chili, but it is GOOD chili. A bit of heat from the Rotelle mostly makes up for the total lack of other spices. I was shaking my head that there was no chili powder, cumin, or chipotle but it works!
