This is another dish that brings back memories for me. The smell of cooking cabbage transported me back to my grandma’s kitchen, circa summer of 1972.
This is a great dish to cook on a busy weekend where you can put it in the oven (or crock pot?) and go about your business while it transforms into a delicious side dish and infuses the air with the heavenly aroma of bacon and cabbage.
