Here is another winning bread recipe that is going to be my new go-to dinner roll recipe. It makes enough for even our big family so you can feed a tribe with it. Which also means you have enough to eat them with just about anything you want for days after making them if there are only 2 of you: chili, beans, milk gravy, melted butter and jelly. Heck, I will be walking by the island and grabbing one with nothing on it tomorrow just because I can.
The secret to perfect and uniform sized rolls is actually weighing each one as you put them in the pan. It doesn’t add much time to pop each one on the scale and you get a good feel for the right weight by the time you get about half way through. The results are definitely worth it.
