This is a great way to add some veggies to your diet without feeling like you are eating vegetables. It is packed with zucchini, squash, carrots, onions, celery, spinach and the pasta, beans, and basil 🌿 kick up the texture and flavor.
I had to substitute bow ties for the shells but still a great soup.
I am going to make some fresh bread for the leftovers tomorrow.
