The Florentine is a pretty easy recipe so if you are usually intimidated by fancy cream sauces this is a good one to take on. I love the lemony tang and mellow wine flavor combo. If you have the book this is a must try recipe.
The noodles, on the other hand, were not so good. I rolled the dough out 1/8” thick and cut the noodles like she described but they still ended up too thick after cooking and they were a bit chewy. I am going to pull out the pasta maker and try this one again at some point and see if that makes a difference.
