A chocolate chip and pecan brownie cannot get anything lower than a 3 simply because it’s a chocolate chip and pecan brownie. But for this one … It’s a great idea that just doesn’t work to get above the baseline. The pie crust messes with the texture and makes it messy to eat with a fork (hint, you can’t) like a pie, and it is not dense enough to eat without a fork. I may try this again in 9×13 baking dish without the crust.
