Hard way to learn that your broiler isn’t working properly… need to accelerate that stove replacement.
Because of the broiler situation I am giving these the benefit of the doubt and putting them above a 2.999. The peach skins were rubbery and I had to eat around them so I will throw that out as not the recipe’s fault.
But, the flavor can’t be totally the stove’s fault. The first bite was an interesting taste combo but it got old quickly. All 3 of us could not finish a half peach although I did finish the ice-cream. I have many other desserts with better flavor so I won’t be making this one again.
