Fresh Bread
Does anything smell as good as bread baking? I mean, other than Snickerdoodles of course.
The recipe makes a decent loaf of bread and is simple to follow. The final product is pretty and functional, it makes a good sammich, with a nice crust. What it needs is a little kneading. Without the kneading it just doesn’t have the strength to rise when the yeast does its thing so it spreads out quite a bit.
That said, for someone who doesn’t love to knead, this is a good recipe to use for an impressive loaf of homemade bread.
