Uses Pesto and Pizza Dough
Yeah, I left the chicken on the stove so it isn’t in the ingredients photo. And I didn’t have yellow peppers so subbed green. But the combination of the awesome pesto and the incredible butter-garlic cast iron cooked crust with the chicken, peppers, and two cheeses is amazing. The only thing that could possibly make this any better would be to use some fresh mozzarella.
So far, the pizzas are 2 for 2.
