This makes a LOT of pudding. I got 6 small servings and a good sized Corning Ware dish out of it. Which is good news if you like banana pudding.
Don’t know what is up with the stores today, but ran out at lunch to get bananas and both local grocery stores had mostly green bananas. So… I have banana cheesecake in my future. Many banana cheesecakes.
UPDATE – stop the clock. The pudding lasted until dinner Thursday (48 hours, 3 people, and I only had 2 small individual servings). It was even better on Wednesday, however I recommend giving the bananas a lemon juice bath so the don’t brown as much.
