I like a good salad. In fact, I only like GOOD salads. It may be healthy but if it isn’t tasty I’m not eating it.

This is not a salad I will go out of my way to make, but if someone else makes it I will eat it. The almonds have an odd flavor that just doesn’t add a lot to the dish. The vinaigrette is pretty decent, but I can do without the mandarins. I bought the good ones, but canned mandarins just have a taste and texture I am not fond of.
