Used on Apple Cider Salad
The toasted pecans are a great combination with this salad, so if you are going to make it include them in the process. It is simple to make – hardest part was getting the radishes sliced thin without taking a knuckle out on the mandolin slicer. And the dressing is tangy with a touch of heat, just a touch. Together with the sharp bite of the cheese this comes together very well.
Only regret – I could not find the watermelon radishes, which is a shame because I am not a huge fan of red radishes.
